Kizuna Industrial Parks is a pioneer in developing serviced factories in Vietnam. Located in the Long An Province near Ho Chi Minh City, the project consists of 31 high-quality factories developed with Lysaght’s technology and materials.

This project aims to help enterprises save cost and begin business operations quickly with these ready-built business spaces. Additionally, factories here can be constructed according to the requirements of tenants.

Kizuna Industrial Parks also offer tenants shared utilities and support services from a professional and multilingual team. These resources include a business centre, 24/7 maintenance team and a 3-layer security system. On top of that, tenants can also enjoy a special service package that covers administration, safety storage, HR and payroll support from Kizuna.

As quality is Kizuna’s priority, NS BlueScope Lysaght Vietnam was tasked to provide the most suitable roofing, walling, structural decking system as well as truss and frame for this development.

The Lysaght Solution

In order to build a long-lasting serviced factory, the factories required a high anti-corrosion PEB solution. Hence, NS BlueScope Lysaght Vietnam introduced its Ranbuild technology to Kizuna Industrial Parks.

Ranbuild is a cold form pre-engineered metal building system designed with a combination of strength, safety and economy in mind. It’s also made for fast installation on-site, saving work time and cost.

The factories were also built with several well-known Lysaght profile and steels, adding great functionality and aesthetic values to Kizuna Industrial Parks.

LYSAGHT^® KLIP-LOK^® OPTIMA™

This is Lysaght’s robust, easy-to-install concealed fixed roof cladding system. Compared to its previous model, the current KLIP-LOK^® OPTIMA™ has bolder ribs and subtle transverse fluting on the pans providing wider coverage as well as a better visual appeal. The concealed fastening also allows for good control of thermal expansion.

LYSAGHT^® MULTICLAD^® OPTIMA™

Economical without compromising on quality, the MULTICLAD^® OPTIMA™ is an appealing trapezoidal multi-ribbed profile. It’s the most suitable profile for small sheds, and its ribs can run either vertically or horizontally.

LYSAGHT^® SPANDEK^® OPTIMA™

LYSAGHT^® SPANDEK^® OPTIMA™ was introduced to Kizuna Industrial Parks for a bolder and more modern appearance. This profile is an advancement from the original square-corrugated cladding profile for roofs and walls. Some interesting advantages of this profile are low fastener requirement, high durability, good impact resistance and great water-carrying capacity. These make it a valuable choice for long roof spans.
