Mapletree Benoi Logistics Hub is a five-storey ramp-up logistics facility located near to the Jurong and Pasir Panjang Ports and with easy access to the city. The building has been conferred the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award and incorporates modern features like a roof with skylight stripe integrated with a photo sensor to reduce lighting consumption to cater to the operations of logistics companies. BlueScope Lysaght Singapore undertakes the supply, delivery and installation of the metal roofing works including fall arrest system.

This project is completed in April 2014. Due to its large roof area and good site accessibility, onsite rolling became the preferred installation choice for roof lengths of 67 m to ensure economical and ease of installation. Apart from that, this high tensile profile – LYSAGHT^® KLIP-LOK^® OPTIMA™ offers excellent uplift performance.
