Everyone has their reasons for playing the game of golf. This beautiful clubhouse could be an additional reason for you to grab your set of golf clubs and a tee time.

The new clubhouse is the work of Sekawan Designinc Arsitek, one of the most active architecture firms in Indonesia.

This black beauty is located at the Sentul Highlands Golf Club, Sentul, Bogor, a new point of attention in the beautiful green landscape. The dark silhouette with firm straight lines makes the clubhouse stand out as players move towards the last hole.

The Lysaght Solution

The profile chosen was LYSAGHT® SELECT SEAM® III, the preferred choice for contemporary buildings, made with COLORBOND® steel in Cape Charcoal colour.

The combination of broad flat pans and lower, yet substantial ribs combine, form a distinctive visual dynamic. For this, we relied on the snap-on concealed fixing of our new LYSAGHT® SELECT SEAM® III profile to achieve that clean and minimalist look.

LYSAGHT® SELECT SEAM®

III

LYSAGHT® SELECT SEAM® III is a roofing and walling profile, inspired by European design, with broad flat pans and lower, yet substantial ribs combine to form a distinctive visual dynamic. Easy on installation steps and weathertight with its snap-on locking mechanism makes LYSAGHT® SELECT SEAM® III the perfect fit and versatile cladding solution for residential, commercial or industrial buildings.

COLORBOND®

Tested in harsh Australian weather, COLORBOND® steel goes through extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, wind and hail. It also undergoes corrosion and durability testing. Multiple building applications were recreated to include varying pitches, profiles and product types. Even unwashed areas are part of the assessment.

During production, it’s coated with BlueScope’s proprietary metallic coating to improve corrosion resistance. After that, a thin pretreatment is applied before a primer is baked onto the surface. The final topcoat provides resistance to chipping, flaking and blistering.
